Keep a simple timeline
Record how long the car sat, whether it was driven normally before parking and how often it needed a jump-start. Mention dash cameras, accessories, recent repairs and a battery replaced recently.
A battery that starts the vehicle after charging has not necessarily passed a full diagnosis. The cause of a repeated discharge still needs investigation.
Agree on the diagnostic scope
The battery, charging system, connections and vehicle electrical behavior may need different tests. Some concerns require the vehicle to remain available longer than a short mobile visit.
We review electrical work by application and access. Complex electrical faults may require a specialist or a shop; share the information first so the next step can be planned honestly.
Preserve useful information
Save previous battery and charging reports. Avoid disconnecting or modifying wiring to chase the fault without an appropriate diagnosis.
Send the exact location, vehicle identification and timeline with the request. A diagnostic appointment is separate from authorizing a replacement battery, alternator or other repair.
